1. Can you see my data?
No, your data is encrypted on the servers, only you have access to your data.
2. What is Livedrive?
Livedrive is the software we use to provide the mySchoolBackup service. We are fully licenced to distribute the software.
3. How can I restore a file?
Go to your mySchoolBackup online portal and browse or search for your files and download them.
4. How can I restore multiple files?
In your online portal under the Account Settings tab click on the Software Download option. Here you can download and install the Restore client which will enable you to restore multiple files in one go.
5. I’ve accidentally deleted a file! How can I get it back?
Go to your online portal and go to where the file was saved. Under the view options, tick the Show Deleted Files checkbox. You should now be able to view and download your file.
